Native Plant Garden Tour Blooms Today with “Metropolis in Metamorphosis” – Pasadena Weekendr

After two years of virtual tours, Theodore Payne Foundation’s 2022 Native Plant Gardens Tour will return in person on Sunday with “Metropolis in Metamorphosis,” highlighting more than 30 gardens across Los Angeles.

This two-day trip will bring together the plants and people that make Southern California one of the most unique and biodiverse places on the planet. Highlights include more than 10 new gardens, a stylized new tourist guide filled with vivid stories and interviews, and an after-party at LA State Historic Park.

Each ticket includes entry for a single visitor to all the gardens on both days, entry to the afterparty, and a printed color guidebook with addresses and directions. The tour is self-guided, so you can create your own itinerary and progress at your own pace.

Tickets are $35 for Theodore Payne Foundation members and $40 for non-members. Children under 16 do not need a ticket.
